  8. Food of Champions if you like salt, fat and chemicals. I have two cans in my stash that I will only eat as very last resort. I'd probably give them away before even considering eating them. However if you're hungry enough...

The cans are 12oz's and supposedly the "Lite" version. Serving size is 2oz, that's TWO oz's. In that 2oz serving, which is a cube about 1.5" square, there's 8 grams of fat(whatever 8 grams is equal to)(they use the gram measurement because most people in the U.S., like me, have no effing idea how big a gram is) and 580mg of sodium, which is, according to gram to Imperial units conversion is 1.16 grams or ~1/2 a teaspoon of salt in each 1.5" square of Spam.

'Course, it'll never go bad and will probably taste the same 50 years from now; like licking a salt block.

  10. I bought some for the covid plandemic because of the long shelf life. I fried slice with egg and biscuit and it was ok.

  15. I've been to cookouts with islanders where they'd add a slice of spam to your hamburger on top of the hamburger patty. Seemed like overkill but who was I to argue? Their party, their rules.

  16. How to say that the native Hawaiians are thieves without saying it out loud.

  17. Hawaii should go back to being an independent kingdom. 50 stars is too many
