Those marijuana munchies can be a bitch at times

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. (WBOY) — A man has been charged after allegedly stealing sandwiches by using threats of violence and growling at people in Morgantown. 

According to a criminal complaint filed by the Morgantown Police Department, officers were dispatched on Feb. 20 to the Subway at 400 High St. for a reported disturbance.

    Was it offensive "gutteral" growling, or harmless "nasal" growling? Asking because each one has a different level of felony charge.
