What’s to Blame for GOP Fundraising Woes

For those confused by the odd paradox of the Democrats out-raising the GOP by a 3:1 margin despite historic unpopularity at the top of their ticket, consider this anecdote from October 2017.

Rep. Tim Murphy (R-Pa.) resigned from his congressional seat after it was revealed that he had engaged in an extramarital affair. The scandal was compounded by the fact that Rep. Murphy, a staunch defender of the pro-life movement, reportedly encouraged his mistress to get an abortion when they thought she might be pregnant.

  1. I get DAILY emails from Repubs begging for $$$.
I tell them they have a lot of gall to beg $$$ from people whose situation has been made worse by their do-nothing complacence when it comes to countering anything the left tries to shove down our throats.
They are all, with very few exceptions, complete self-serving arrogant attitudes once they're in office.

  2. The GOP has not been our friend for many years and drove me to re-register as 'non-affiliated' a decade ago. F those F'N Fers.

  3. Republicans worried about funding? The GOP members of the Deep State club should take a lesson from Nikki Haley's presidential campaign and gladly accept millions from Democrat doners.

    1. Agreed, but remember if they are running as a Republican they'll have to kick back 5% to the RNC.

  6. The real reason why dems are out raising the repubs is due to the wonderful money laundering scheme they have going in Ukraine. Send hundreds of billions...have a few hundred million get siphoned back through back channels....works like a charm.

  7. Every day we find more proof that there is no difference between Republicans and Democrats. You can count on one hand all the Republicans in Congress that care about the country and us. Where is the nonstop outrage about the southern border? They proved that elections are all phony and it'll be another stolen election again in November. Country is doomed unless the alternative to ballots is used.

  8. GOP are to blame for the GOP fundraising problem. The rank and file have figured out that Mitch "yurtle the turtle" the bitch, and his friends don't give a fuck about the people. I hope they go bankrupt. Replace them all.
