"Do I look like I'm afraid to go back to the joint?"

A Texas man with a criminal record allegedly touted his time behind bars when killing another man last month, authorities say.

Steve Gonzales Rocco, 65, stands accused of one count of murder, according to the San Antonio Police Department.

  1. A man with nothing to lose has no fear and no reason to hold back. He is either intent on gain or carnage. The status quo has nothing for him so he will take extreme risks. Then again maybe he just missed his boyfriend bunkie.

  2. Helluva retirement plan. Steamy showers, catered food, free healthcare.

  3. The woman being argued over did not have any facial expression as the decedent shuffled off this mortal coil (from the article, my embellishment). What kind of weak beta behavior is it where a guy actually schwacks a guy over a gal? There are more out there, a LOT more where she came from. Usually younger, prettier and more amenable, too. Anyhow, glad that creep is off the streets for a long time. Sucks for the schwack-ee, though. This is a prime example why men should NEVER get involved with a woman who has a thing for violent felons. Who needs that in their life?

    It's not about the girl.
    It's about control and domination.

  5. Had a guy I worked with that was teased unmercifully for a long time by two guys. You'd tell them, "Look, leave Charlie alone, he's not bothering you!" But they kept it up. One day, Charlie stood up and said, "I've done time for manslaughter once, I can do it again." They never bothered Charlie again.
