Your Wednesday Morning Florida Report

A Florida woman landed herself in jail after she allegedly broke into her ex-husband’s home and tried to stab him with a fillet knife as he slept.

The victim told police that he awoke at his Bunnell home around 3:48 a.m. on Friday to find his ex-wife, Melinda Gould, 40, standing in his room with a knife in her hand, according to a probable cause affidavit. Gould had actually called the Flagler County Sheriff’s Office about an hour earlier to say that she woke up at her home in Ormond Beach from a dream in which gunshots were being fired at the Bunnell house where her kids were staying.

  1. Mug shot. She should have been booked for being "ugly" along with the other charges

  2. Silly woman, filet knives are for slicing, not stabbing. You need something with a heavier stiffer blade to effectively stab someone.

  3. Fuck's sake, who in their right mind would use a fillet knife for stabbing?
