On close inspection, it's real and filmed in Poland from inside a bus. "Awaryjne" translates to "emergency", probably for an exit, and the closest I can narrow the location down to is "Klinika stomatologiczna Gold Dentica, Pomorska 41, Łódź, Poland", but I'm just guessing there.
