Group of GOP Senators Double Down on Pledge Against White House Judicial Nominations

A group of six U.S. senators signed a pledge doubling down on an earlier commitment to not allow the “fast-tracking” of any Biden Article III court judicial nominees or U.S. attorney nominations.

“In a continuing response to the current administration’s persecution of President Donald Trump, we will not allow the fast-tracking of any Biden Article III court judicial nominees, as well as Biden U.S. attorney nominations,” the senators said.

  1. I'm guessing that is a completely toothless, entirely symbolic, and ultimately ineffectual pledge, because the GOPe only makes these kind of position statements when they know it's a meaningless gesture intended to placate the Bubbas.
The same way they only pass budget, defense, and border control bills when they know they'll be vetoed, and know they'll never have the votes to override.
Let alone the spinal column nor testicular fortitude.

I'll be properly shocked if this gesture ultimately has any effect at all.

  3. The Deep State consists of the Democrat "Tops" and Republican "Bottoms". Talk is cheap especially coming from the bottom.

  4. Now that elections are nearing, these ass-clowns are pretending to give a shit.
Afterwards, they'll go back to same old same old.

  5. Once again, the GOP fails to show a united front.
Get more than two of them together and they can't decide when to have lunch.
