  1. Imagine a thug steals this. He finds the doors lock him inside and the windows won't roll down. He's unable to shut down the engine, gear selector won't budge. The vehicle has already called the fuzz that it's soon to arrive at the cop shop.

    FoMoCo is sued for kidnapping.

  2. It can't drive with dirty cameras or a booted tire. That crap like this is even considered should be grounds for immediate and extreme blowback. If the vehicle can be hijacked by its own computers/dealer, then criminals, governments, etc. can probably get access too.

    BMW is turning high-beam controls into a subscription model, and this is the new trend with auto manufactures. You will own nothing and be happy. I'm liking old vehicles more and more these days.

    1. It's been a few years but there was those guys that showed you could hijack a Jeep (or Dodge?) while it was going down the road.

  3. I thought GM already had this with OnStar, except for the self driving part. If you quit making payments, the car quits working. I have not tried this personally.
