Yup, totally planned. He barely broke his stride - he's done that before, and more than once.
What blows my mind is that he's exiting through what looks like a TOLL entrance. So there's almost certainly not a fee for the exit he should be using. Is he trying to avoid a security check or something? Or is he just that completely indifferent to the damage he's causing?
If it's avoiding security, I can kind of sympathize - those guys are jerks, and the rules are completely pointless, designed more to inflict inconvenience in the hope that will make people "feel safe" than any actual security purpose. "Security Theater" is the term. It's still vandalism, and he should go up for that, but I can at least relate to the motivation.
If he's too lazy to walk an extra hundred feet to avoid inflicting $500 in damages? Yeah, fuck that guy. Need a dozen years in the pen, maybe learn a little respect. Probably not, but at least he's not destroying other people's shit in the meantime.
#5 - he needs to be dropped into a commercial trash compactor. #7 - I bet they'd let go if you put 110v to the inside of those window frames...with no damage to the building. #10 - he'll learn about physics some day....or maybe not.
