That 'Reply All' though came incredibly handy when I was laid off in 2006. I sent a 'goodbye' email to my 1200 internal users, and boy, did they go crazy'! One of them replied "not so fast", and went all the way to the top. I was recalled within 24 hours. And it then took them SEVEN weeks to get me a new badge. I had the whole summer vacation off, playing with my kids. I EARNED it.
I once screamed at my kid because he used every band-aid in the box on every place he had an itch because of a mosquito bite. Then I realized he was my kid, with my genes, and my perspective on reality, and apologized to him. He is now 30 and I still apologize for yelling at him when he was a kid.
