MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) - A 22-year-old has been arrested and charged with organizing a deadly shooting that took place Tuesday afternoon in the New Chicago area of North Memphis.

    "New Chicago area of North Memphis" sounds double-plus ungood. Imagine what MLK Blvd be like in that little burg.
