STAFFORD, Va. (WUSA) – Residents in the area are calling it a bizarre crime in Stafford County, Virginia.
A suspected thief accused of stealing a man’s car and returning it multiple times was finally arrested.
“Crazy. I mean, you can’t explain it no other way,” David Basye, the car owner, said.
Basye can laugh about it now, but the past few weeks haven’t just been crazy; they’ve also been confusing and bizarre.
I agree, they could have put gas in it....

A few neighborhood boys used to do the same thing with a MG in the early 70's. They had to stop when they brought it back covered in mud after putting it in a ditch.
