#1 - Childhood: You're doing it right. #3 - I'm Halping! #4 - Now THAT isn't faked. Ungraceful as hell and everything. #5 - Freaky. Time-accelerated, but yes, they're really that weird. The brittle star is the only one I'm aware of that moves fast IRL. Except they flail around even faster than that. #6 - Reasons not to get a shelter animal. #9 - Physics for the win! Somebody didn't do #1! Eh, she might be young enough for it to still count. #10 - I'd look at my kid pulling that off and think he's probably too young for the lesson to stick. He'd do the same damned thing again ten minutes later. Need another year or two to start making the connections. At least, that's how one of'em was with drowning, but water is way cooler than dirt I suppose.
#1- My twin brother and myself got the box our new vacuum cleaner came in. I pushed him down the stairs, pretending it was a rocket ship. Touch down for him included a trip to the ER to get stitches in his head. I don't think that I got in trouble because my parents were used to that sort of thing. #8- I always love watching working dogs. They are intelligent and resourceful, getting the job done with ease.
#9 Poor hamster...
