CHICAGO (WLS) -- A plane hit a coyote during takeoff at Chicago O'Hare Airport on Sunday and diverted back to the airport after declaring an emergency, officials said.
There are more than a few airstrips in Northern Alberta and Saskatchewan that have large billboards next to the tarmac warning pilots to watch for various wildlife.
That happens often. Usually deer and once I've witnessed a swan. It messes the airplane up and of course kills the animals.

ReplyDeleteI have never seen a coyote at O’Hare Airport, but come Friday afternoon at 3 O’clock, it is full of cougars.
