Abolish the ATF is Now a Normal Political Idea
The 119th Congress provides gun owners a unique chance to go on offense and advance pro-gun legislation. Change their name and put them on the border....

If it's not in the Constitution it doesn't deserve to be in DC.
ReplyDeleteGet rid of the ATF, it's corrupt just like the rest of the 3 letter agencies. Never ever trust any Federal agency.
ReplyDeleteBut-but-but, if they abolish the ATF, who will we buy our $200 tax stamps from?
ReplyDeleteDon’t you care about THE CHILDRENS?????
DeleteAlcohol, Tabaco and Firearms. They suck at regulating any of them, and shouldn't regulate any of them at a Federal level. The 1st two where all about a tax revenue protection racket, and latter is all about abolishing firearms anyway they could.
ReplyDeleteWhy not just rescind the NFA of 1934 and GCA 1968??????
ReplyDelete1938 Firearms Act and Gun Control Act of 1968 both got to go. After that, the BATFE is a moot point.
ReplyDeleteWhat part of "Shall not be infringed" does Washington DC not understand?
Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms should be the name of a convenience store, not a government agency. Now that I think about, I wonder if that name is trademark protected.....
ReplyDeleteThe Federal government's only role in the Second Amendment is to ensure that citizens right to bear arms is not infringed by the States. Any other activity is unconstitutional.
