Bicycle riding dumbasses. Your children's toy isn't going to help you in a crash. Good thing you have your safety spandex on like a fat chick going to yoga.

    2. That was the idjit onlooker, who stuck her face and sign into traffic for her 15 minutes of fame, and caused the crash

    1. There's no good place to be on that ship, and nowhere else to go. Makes your stomach lurch just looking.

    2. Ya, let's go a cruse you said, we'll have fun you said! Pass me the bucket...

  4. #1- Staged
#7- Intention- Shut off power, climb stable ladder, remove chandelier-
Reality- don't shut off power, have friend support bottom of ladder, drop chandelier on friends head- mission accomplished!

    1. Sure it was staged. I mean, who wouldn't let themselves be engulfed in flying glass just for clicks, right?

    2. If they were gonna stage it, they'd probably use tempered glass instead of risking three lives like that.

    3. I've always said I could post a picture or video of a woman giving birth and somebody will say it's fake, staged or photoshopped.

    4. WTF was that bike driver thinking? I just don’t get how stupid some people can be.

  5. #5: She's able to find humor in the situation. Look at the smile on her face. She's a keeper.

Ya got a point there. Good humor in a shi...muddy situation says a lot about a person.

  6. Bet that #8 was smiling too, but I don't think SHE's a keeper.

  7. #10. Those ships are supposed to have gyroscopic stabilizers to tame the roll! They must’ve had a failure.

When the sea itself is dropping out from under the keel, no stabilizers will hold the ship steady. That is a hold on to something VERY firmly attached situation.

  12. #9 Saw that happen on a paving job one time, only the driver hit an overpass. He was stuck in the truck as it was wedged with the cab several feet off the ground. And yes, we had a company wide family meeting the next day to ensure that NEVER was to happen again.

  13. #3 was a big name race - those guys were high end pros. The Euros hunted down the idiot with the sign that caused the wreck. The rest of the spandex crowd can go elsewhere and do some anatomically difficult things.

  14. #9. I had a cousin who got a job driving truck at a quarry. Pulled that same stunt twice in the first 2 days he worked there. They told him to leave and never come back.

  15. 1: If the rear guy runs forward and gets the mirror turned instead of stepping backward in those 2 critical seconds, everything *might* have been ok.
5: At least she's able to laugh about it.
8: I've only ever seen this event at the Olympics, where they have a cage setup to prevent this type of thing. All those people standing there paying no attention to her are insane.
10: Big enough waves can take out any size ship. Also, I don't think I'd set foot on a cruise ship if it was free.

  19. #9. If that ever happens to you, stay in the truck, or jump from the cab without holding any part of the truck. Tires are very good high voltage insulators. Human skin, not so much.
