Britain's Harriet Dart has apologized for saying her opponent, France's Lois Boisson, "smells really bad" during her comprehensive defeat at the Rouen Open on Tuesday.
We have hosted a number of European exchange students. They all stank when they first got here. We always had to have the talk within the first couple of days of their arrivals. It was not always a comfortable discussion. They all used deodorant, but it was not effective at all. Never had a problem with the Japanese kids.
Hosted a Norwegian student once, a girl... I don't remember ever having her smell off except sometimes after school, she participated in soccer and volleyball.. Her discovery of peanut butter and jelly sandwiches were funny. JD

Could be worse: Russians’ B.O. is almost visible.
ReplyDeletePeople need to stop apologizing for just being honest.
