BANGOR, Maine (WABI/Gray News) - A man was taken into police custody after officials said he refused to get off a homeowner’s roof.
Members of the Bangor Police and Fire Department, as well as crisis negotiators, were on the scene of an incident on 14th Street Wednesday morning.
