looks like he is just "played out" . the pup is on a leash and in the grass. small water bowel so, he in or at the park and just wore himself out. I had a few pups do that in the past. play so hard they just wear themselves out and drop. 20-30 minutes later they full steam again . no one lives life as full as dogs do when they can. we should be so blessed.
