A foreign driver with an unbelievably high blood alcohol content (BAC), one that would routinely kill most people, decided to drive his car at an unbelievable 220 kilometers per hour (137 miles per hour) on the German autobahn. His passenger had an even higher blood alcohol content.

I always thought being ass dragging drunk was a requirement in Germany. Also the number per mile is a strange way to measure alcohol content in the blood system..

That's per mille, not mile.
DeleteOh ok that makes more sense.. I need to clean my reading glasses

4.16 per mille is equivalent to a BAC of .416....or more than 5 times the legal limit in most states. However....having spent decades working ER I have seen such higher levels....some in excess of .6 BAC.
