I was married to a Comanche Indian (and a militant one at that) for 16 years and the subject of the article above provided me with tons of entertainment.
She'd start in about how the white man 'stole' their land and I'd come back with something like, "Yes we did, just like your people stole it from whoever was there first so fuck you" and the shit would be on.
I remember one time she took off for a conference in Salt Lake City and when she returned, she found a Better Dead Than Red poster hanging above our bed. Granted, that's an anti communist slogan, but for some odd reason she thought I was capping on Indians.
Number two for me was Apache-Irish. Still got the scars, both physical and mental.ReplyDelete
Solutreans Are Indigenous AmericansDelete

After #3....it might be a tiny bit....me....????
dig deep enough (not all that deep actually) and you'll find the evidence the Whites were here long before the natives. Heck, even the Chinese were here for a stint way back. The EVIDENCE is there.ReplyDelete
Fuck the natives and their bullshit, had enough of it. How about go out and build a civilization .... for the first time.
There is some evidence (although I'm not sure how strong it is) that parts of the Americas were *first* colonized by Polynesians that sailed over, island hopping through the Pacific (for generations). Later, during the ice age, the Mongolia people crossed the Bearing land bridge, found the Polynesians decedents that were already here, and either interbred with or geocide-ed them. Probably a mixture of intermarriage/rape/genocide, as it usually the case with very different human group interactions.ReplyDelete

That makes sense from a scientific perspective. You have all the colors coming here and mixing together and science tells use that white is a mixture of all the colors.Delete
There was a BBC special that showed the painted rocks in South America that had the same designs as painted rocks on Polynesian islands. They surmised that the Polynesians had been driven south by the invaders that came to be called Indians, so they went to some remote villages near the souther tip of SA. They ran across two old sisters who had folklore passed down that seemed to vindicate their theory. When they ran a DNA test on the two sisters, there was a match for Polynesian DNA in both of them.Delete
You've got the dates backward. The crossing of the Bering land bridge was before 10,000 BC, when Polynesians didn't even exist and their ancestors apparently lived somewhere in China. They reached Taiwan about 3,000 BC and began spreading out from there towards the Philippines and Indonesia, as the group of peoples now called Austronesians. Polynesians emerged from these northeast of New Guinea, reached Samoa and Tonga around 900 BC, and only started spreading out from there about 700 AD.Delete
I'd be surprised if Easter Island Polynesians had not left some traces in South America, but this was after 1,000 AD.
Considering the Mexican Gov. Maxwell land Grant assumed ownership of millions of acres of what is today N. NM and parts of Co & TX, seems like some Injuns stole it from some other Injuns.ReplyDelete
In that case, anyway.
They took out the clovis people. The newest data shows the clovis people were europeans who came over about 26000 years ago by boat from spain/portugal.ReplyDelete
Check it out here;Delete
I've always wondered if she was such a nightmare, what was the attraction?ReplyDelete
My ex? She wasn't that way until after we married, or at least she didn't let it show until after we married, then I had a vow to deal with. I don't take vows lightly.ReplyDelete
Oh, cry me a river.ReplyDelete

"Reconquista" my ass.
We won the Southwest fair and square.

Just ran across an appropriate meme over at Filthie's:ReplyDelete
And for the record, I am a citizen of the Cherokee nation.
The Left would have you believe that before the evil Europeans came along all the tribes lived in peaceful harmony and that they never bothered each other. Nothing could be further from the truth.ReplyDelete
There was an almost endless war between some of the tribes in a constant effort to keep or expand territories. And then there was the horse theft that went on between tribes and the fact that some tribes were just badass m'effers that liked to be badass m'effers. From my understanding the Crow were some of the baddest.
I'd love to hear anything others more knowledgeable than myself might have to say on this.
My wife is Mohawk and Cherokee. The crazy runs deep.ReplyDelete
I have a good friend former SF and later on merc/ contractor. Anyway on the subject of the American Indian he used to say “F***em conquered people don’t have a say.”ReplyDelete

Bad topic for me. Indians practiced genocide, raped, pillaged, practiced slavery, loved to torture and destroyed entire tribes. They only took the weak so the strong survived? Bullshit. They took the weak cuz they were hunting with rocks. if they got a chance to they would stamped a 1000 buffalo off a cliff and only take a dozen leaving the rest to rot, that was cool. They didn't understand land ownership? Again Bullshit. Go hunt on Mohawk or any large tribes land and see how long you lived. I could go on and on. Now they are a crying bunch a drunks, uneducated and living on the dole. I don't even listen to their shit.ReplyDelete
One theory as to what caused the massive die off of the North American megafauna and the current indigenous people living at that time(approx. 1300 to 1100 B.C,) was an asteroid strike in the glacial ice sheet. there is evidence in numerous oval depressions in Virginia- Carolina and adjacent areas. After this event the population was non-existent.ReplyDelete
Love your blog W.C. Been lurking for a long timeReplyDelete
Lmao on your “Better dead than red.” poster. So how long did it stay on the wall?ReplyDelete
About 15 seconds, give or take, just long enough for her to take off her heels and climb up on the bed to rip it down.ReplyDelete
Throughout history the stronger took from the weak, every society did it. Anyone who tries to rewrite human nature has an agenda to change the truth, it's usually one those that start a conversation with imagine a world.....ReplyDelete
Fuck them and slo joe along with kamel toe
History and spoils go to the victor. It is a national shame as to how both parties of European, Africans, and Native Americans participated in ruthless acts and broken promises. But to claim victim hood for the past, generations removed, of savage ruthless acts, is not for me to apologize or make restitution. What goes around, comes around. We, the WASPs, Romans, Eastern European, and yes African, descendants are faced with our own fall of a successful society.ReplyDelete
Hail, Mary, full of grace,
the Lord is with thee.
Blessed art thou amongst women
and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.
Holy Mary, Mother of God,
pray for us sinners,
now and at the hour of our death.
BTW, I am not Catholic, just a reminder.
Notice no blacks ever bring up Shaka Zulu. Now there was on killing mother fucker. Then agian, they have probably never heard of him. Ya gotta read or know how to read to learn history.Delete
