#7 looks like it's from a show I saw... 15 or 20 years ago featuring "strange American amusement parks" or something like that. This was just a setup in someone's back yard in Mapleton, Utah, IIRC, and they moslty just did it with family members and perhaps close friends in order to avoid liability.
