Hey, at least he answered the phone.

This stud's trying to get his new sweetie to suck his dick:
"Cmon baby, it'll prove your love to me."
"No no" she protests. "You won't respect me."
"Of course I'll respect you. I love you." You know, the usual song and dance.
This shit goes on for a while and she finally relents. As she's on her knees before him doing the Big Nasty the phone rings. He answers it. "Hello? Yeah, hold on." He hands her the phone. "Here ya go, Cocksucker. It's for you."

Now here's something you don't see every day

I took a run up to Sonora Pass today and on the way back I was checking out a dirt road I hadn't been on before and saw this. Figured y'all might enjoy it so I stopped and took a few pictures.

Fuck 'em

I just received my tax return for 2011 back from the IRS and they're pissed. They are questioning how many dependents I claimed. I guess it was because of my response to the question: "List all dependents?" I replied: 12 million illegal immigrants; 3 million crack heads; 42 million unemployed people on food stamps, 2 million people in over 243 prisons; Half of Mexico; and 535 persons in the U.S. House and Senate." Evidently, this was NOT an acceptable answer.

NAPOLITANO: Big Brother’s all-seeing eye

For the past few weeks, I have been writing in this column about the government’s use of drones and challenging their constitutionality on Fox News Channel, where I work. I once asked on air what Thomas Jefferson would have done if - had they existed at the time - King George III had sent drones to peer inside the bedroom windows of Monticello. I suspect Jefferson and his household would have trained their muskets on the drones and taken them down. I offer this historical anachronism as a hypothetical only, not as someone who is urging the use of violence against the government.
Nevertheless, what Jeffersonians are among us today? When drones take pictures of us on our private property and in our homes and the government uses the photos as it wishes, what will we do about it? Jefferson understood that when the government assaults our privacy and dignity, it is the moral equivalent of violence against us. Folks who hear about this, who either laugh or groan, cannot find it humorous or boring that their every move will be monitored and photographed by the government.
Don’t believe me that this is coming? The photos that the drones will take may be retained and used or even distributed to others in the government so long as the “recipient is reasonably perceived to have a specific, lawful governmental function” in requiring them. And for the first time since the Civil War, the federal government will deploy military personnel inside the UnitedStates and publicly acknowledge that it is deploying them “to collect information about U.S. persons.”
It gets worse. If the military personnel see something of interest from a drone, they may apply to a military judge or “military commander” for permission to conduct a physical search of the private property that intrigues them. Any “incidentally acquired information” can be retained or turned over to local law enforcement. What’s next? Prosecutions before military tribunals in the United States?
More from the good Judge here

Andrew P. Napolitano, a former judge of the Superior Court of New Jersey, is the senior judicial analyst at Fox News Channel. He is author of “It Is Dangerous to Be Right When the Government Is Wrong: The Case for Personal Freedom” (Thomas Nelson, 2011).

Now this is something to look forward to

A number of conservative bloggers allege they have been targeted through the use of harassment tactics such as SWAT-ting (fooling 911 operators into sending emergency teams to their homes), in retaliation for posts they have written, and now Sen. Saxby Chambliss, R-Ga., has stepped into the matter. He has sent a letter to Attorney General Eric Holder urging him to investigate the SWAT-ting cases to see if federal laws have been violated...

ABC News spoke with two prominent conservative bloggers who were victims of SWAT-ting, a hoax tactic used by some hackers to infiltrate a victim’s phone system, often through voice over IP (VOIP) technology to make calls appear as if they are coming from a residence. The perpetrators call police to report a violent crime at that home to which the police respond, sometimes with SWAT teams.

San Francisco to install 'pre-crime' cameras

System alerts authorities to “suspicious behavior” before crime is committed
Paul Joseph Watson
Infowars.com
Wednesday, June 6, 2012
Hundreds of pre-crime surveillance cameras are to be installed in San Francisco’s subway system that will analyze “suspicious behavior” and alert guards to potential criminal or terrorist activity – before any crime has been committed.
The cameras are programmed with a list of behaviors considered “normal”. Anything that deviates from usual activity is classified as suspicious and guards are immediately alerted via text message or a phone call.
Equipped with the ability to track up to 150 suspects at a time, the cameras build up a “memory” of suspicious behavior to determine what constitutes potential criminal activity.
A total of 288 cameras will be installed across 12 transport hubs.

Hey, every time I leave my fucking house I assume I'm on camera, be it a traffic cam, neighbors' or local business security camera, possibly even surveillance from the police on occasion. I'm not to the point where I believe drones are spying on me. Yet. But I'm pretty sure I'm on someones camera pretty much throughout my day. No biggie, I just deal with it like you do - without thinking. I just try to not fuck up too much in public.

But a 'pre-crime' camera? Give me a fucking break, man. It won't be a week before the fucking "Law" will start using them as warrantless surveillance cameras, doing that end run around the Constitution again.
I can hear it now:
"Honest Your Honor, we were watching the crowd for suspicious activity and just happened to notice a bulge on Mr. Lane's side. In order to maintain Public Safety, we detained and searched the suspect who was found to be in possession of a 45 caliber Colt automatic handgun. Also, we discovered 3 knives, 32 grams of a dark brown substance later determined to be Copenhagen tobacco and a half a stick of fucking dynamite. No shit."
Okay, that scenario ain't never gonna happen - I live 90 miles from San Francisco and haven't been there in 6 years. I also don't carry dynamite in public. And I won't submit to a warrantless search. But hey! you get my point.

Gotta be California (again)

Doing an end run around the Constitution?

LOS ANGELES (KNX 1070 NEWSRADIO) — As the Federal Aviation Administration helps usher in an age of drones for U.S. law enforcement agencies, the use of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV’s) domestically by the U.S. military — and the sharing of collected data with police agencies — is raising its own concerns about possible violations of privacy and Constitutional law, according to drone critics.
A non-classified U.S. Air Force intelligence report obtained by KNX 1070 NEWSRADIO dated April 23, 2012, is helping fuel concern that video and other data inadvertently captured by Air Force drones already flying through some U.S. airspace, might end up in the hands of federal or local law enforcement, doing an end-run around normal procedures requiring police to obtain court issued warrants.

Police Stop, Handcuff Every Adult at Intersection in Search for Bank Robber

Police in Aurora, Colo., searching for suspected bank robbers stopped every car at an intersection, handcuffed all the adults and searched the cars, one of which they believed was carrying the suspect.
Police said they had received what they called a “reliable” tip that the culprit in an armed robbery at a Wells Fargo bank committed earlier was stopped at the red light.
“We didn’t have a description, didn’t know race or gender or anything, so a split-second decision was made to stop all the cars at that intersection, and search for the armed robber,” Aurora police Officer Frank Fania told ABC News.
Officers barricaded the area, halting 19 cars.
“Cops came in from every direction and just threw their car in front of my car,” Sonya Romero, one of the drivers who was handcuffed, told ABC News affiliate KMGH-TV in Denver.
From there, the police went from car to car, removing the passengers and handcuffing the adults.
“Most of the adults were handcuffed, then were told what was going on and were asked for permission to search the car,” Fania said. “They all granted permission, and once nothing was found in their cars, they were un-handcuffed.”

Photo of the typical American from my collection

The search lasted between an hour and a half and two hours, and it wasn’t until the final car was searched that police apprehended the suspect.
“Once officers got to his car, they found evidence that he was who they were looking for,” Fania said. “When they searched the car, they found two loaded firearms.”
The actions of the police have been met with some criticism, but Fania said this was a unique situation that required an unusual response.
“It’s hard to say what normal is in a situation like this when you haven’t dealt with a situation like this,” Fania said. “The result of the whole ordeal is that it paid off. We have arrested and charged a suspect.” And violated at least 19 Americans' Rights. (My comment)
The other people who had been held at the intersection were allowed to leave once the suspect was apprehended.

Not a single motherfucking soul said "Oh, FUCK NO you ain't searching me or my car without a warrant or probable cause that I, specifically me,  committed a crime." Not a one.
But a criminal was apprehended, you say. Yeah, and at least 19 people were treated as criminals to catch one. Not a fair trade off in my book. I don't give a flying fuck if it was an armed robbery.
Yeah, I know. I'm going to hear it from all the ex-cops out there. At least I don't have to hear from Texas Fred's fat mouth anymore. I wonder if he still jizzes all over himself every time a cop pats him on the head like the faithful old dog he is?

Oh, the Friends of the Cuddly Wolves are gonna love this!

HAMILTON, Mont. (AP) — Mountain lions have killed two radio-collared wolves in the Bitterroot Valley since January, a state wolf specialist in Montana says, and two others were killed last year.
“I haven't heard of it happening anywhere else,'' Liz Bradley of Montana, Fish, Wildlife and Parks told the Ravalli Republic (http://bit.ly/LUyQq8). “It's pretty interesting that the Bitterroot has had so many.''
She found a dead wolf last week with skull puncture wounds that are a trademark of a mountain lion.
“It's hard to say what happened,'' Bradley said. “There was no elk or deer carcass nearby that they may have been competing over.''
She said the lion ate part of the wolf and covered the rest with debris.
In January, she found another dead wolf west of Lolo with the same wounds. In that case, a deer carcass nearby indicated that the two predators apparently fought.
“That one was probably a conflict,'' she said. “They compete for the same resource. When there is overlap in areas where you have lots of prey, conflicts occur.''
She said last year she found two other wolves with puncture wounds in their skulls. Now, only four packs in the Bitterroot Valley have a wolf with a radio collar. At the end of last year, Bradley had collars in seven packs in the Bitterroot. She estimates that there are 14 packs in the area.
“It's too bad because we don't have those now,'' she said. “Ideally, we would have at least half of the packs collared in the Bitterroot.''
She said the largest pack has nine wolves, while most have four to seven, and that several just have a male and female. The number of wolves in the area is between 60 and 70.
“That's a little bit lower than what we had in 2011,'' she said. “We had about 80 last year. We had some mortality.''

Fucking liberals

A Madison City Clerk has told a Wisconsin radio host that turnout for the area is expected at over 100%, up to 119%. What makes it all the more interesting is that this story comes from a far-left site.

Heavy turnout in Madison, a liberal stronghold, would likely benefit Democrat Tom Barrett.
This PDF from the City of Madison shows that as of 11:00 AM, voter turnout was at 25%, with 42,961 out of 165,312 registered voters already casting their ballots.

Many animal lovers find it hard to part with their pets when they die.
So when cat Orville, named after the famous aviator Orville Wright, was run over by a car, his artist owner decided to turn him into a permanent piece of artwork as the ultimate tribute by transforming him into a flying helicopter.
Dutch artist Bart Jansen first stuffed Orville before teaming up with radio control helicopter flyer Arjen Beltman to build a specially-designed flying mechanism to attach to the cat.

Naivete by TL Davis

Here's the question: Is it better to let someone lead who is so intent upon it that his leadership will provide cohesion to the Liberty Community? We are now a ragged bunch of individuals seeking only self-defense against a tyranny better thought out, better prosecuted than our efforts toward liberty. We are behind, struggling with some manner of discourse with our fellow citizens that will wake them up, that will save them so that we might have reinforcements. But, we are approaching the moment when we can no longer look out for the sports enthusiasts and game show attendees among us.

If we banded together tightly, how many would there be? 300? I doubt it. What is that? One thousandth of one percent of the population?
Please go HERE to hear what TL Davis has to say about unity and the need for a leader.

Zimmerman back in jail

MIAMI (AP) — George Zimmerman, the neighborhood watch volunteer charged with murder in the killing of Trayvon Martin, surrendered to police Sunday and was booked into jail after having his bail revoked two days earlier.
Zimmerman's legal team said in a tweet that he was in police custody. Zimmerman's bail was revoked because the judge said he and his wife lied to the court about their finances so he could obtain a lower bond.
On Sunday afternoon, about 40 minutes before the 2:30 p.m. deadline to surrender, Zimmerman was listed as an inmate on the jail website. He was listed as being held without bail and having $500 in his jail account.
Prosecutors had said Zimmerman and his wife told the judge at a bond hearing in April that they had limited money, even though he had raised about $135,000 through a website. Defense attorneys said the matter was a misunderstanding.
Attorney Mark O'Mara announced earlier Sunday on his website that Zimmerman had arrived in Florida late Saturday evening ahead of his surrender. Zimmerman, who is charged with second-degree murder in the fatal shooting of the 17-year-old Martin, was ordered by a judge Friday to return to jail.

Now wait a fucking minute. I thought the idea behind a bond was simply a guarentee that you'll return to court for trial.
Zimmerman came back and surrendered early by order of the Court and now his lawyers have requested a new bond hearing which if granted, will surely be completely unaffordable.
Why? The man has already proven that he has no intention of fleeing the country just by the fact that he's in jail right now. Besides, the fact that he had a website to raise money was no secret - I posted it and I got it from Matt Drudge who's daily readership numbers in the millions, I'm sure.

Panetta wants more access to Viet harbor

CAM RANH BAY, VIETNAM (AP) — From the flight deck of the USNS Richard E. Byrd, U.S. Defense Secretary Leon Panetta could look out across Vietnam's Cam Ranh Bay towards the South China Sea.
A day after laying out details of the Pentagon's new focus on the Asia-Pacific region, Panetta used a visit to Vietnam to restate the United States' intent to help allies in the region develop and enforce maritime rights in the sea, a waterway largely claimed by China. And he reflected on the significance of the harbor, which represents both a painful past for the American military, and a challenging but hopeful future.
"The new defense strategy that we have put in place for the United States represents a number of key elements that will be tested in the Asia-Pacific region," Panetta told reporters gathered Sunday under a blazing sun on the deck of the cargo vessel. He said the U.S. would "work with our partners like Vietnam to be able to use harbors like this as we move our ships from our ports on the West Coast towards our stations here in the Pacific."

And there's no surprise ending?

Mariela Castro, daughter of Cuban head of state Raul Castro, said that she hoped Cuban-U.S. relations could normalize if President Obama wins a second term.
In a forthcoming interview with CNN’s Christiane Amanpour shared with POLITCO, Castro was asked about the possibilities for political reconciliation between the two Cold War adversaries in a possible Obama second term.
“I believe that Obama is a fair man and Obama needs greater support to be able to take this decision. If Obama counted on the full support of the American people, then we can normalize the relationships; we can have better relations than what we had under President Carter,” Castro said.
Obama relaxed some of the rules governing travel and remittances to Cuba in 2009 but the sanctions regime put into place after Castro’s 1959 Communist takeover has largely kept American visitors and businesses off the island.
Castro also told Amanpour that she supports a second Obama term, given the field.
“As a citizen of the world, I would like him to win,” Castro said. “Seeing the candidates, I prefer Obama.”
