If you're a racist, read and take heed.

Lisa ran across a website the other day that was flying a III Percenter banner along with skinheads and nazi salutes but was afraid to tell me about it knowing that I would be pissed. I asked her to run it down for me again but she's having some difficulty doing so, so this message is intended for those that run that site in the hopes that they read my blog.
Kerodin ran a piece concerning the same thing after Bill Nye brought his attention to the fact that he was linked on a hate blog that he came across.

The III Percent movement is not about race or religion, assholes. It's about resisting an oppresive government. Maybe if you stupid motherfuckers could comprehend what you read, you'd understand that.
Let me simplify this for you in terms that you understand - hatred. I don't care if you are wearing a III patch when the shit starts. You are my enemy and I will kill you given the chance, then I'll have my black, hispanic and jewish friends piss on your body before I hang what's left of your corpse from the nearest tree after I cut your fingers off for a bone necklace to wear around my neck. I'll feed your cock and balls to my wolfdog.
That's what I think about your supremacy bullshit.
Got it?

A gift from a true friend

I found a package waiting for me from WiscoDave last night when I got in and about died when I opened it.
A wreath of antique barbed wire with a powder horn that was used in RevWar re-enactments by his ex-father-in-law in the bottom twining and three 308 rounds (which speak for themselves) in the top band.

As soon as it was opened Lisa told me that it was going over the fake fireplace. No argument from me about that, that's for damned sure.
How fucking cool was that to send Wirecutter some wire with all that symbolism?
Thank you, WiscoDave! You made my weekend with that. Right on.

Fuck the NRA for the second time today

But LaPierre in his remarks Friday made clear that the NRA would support a different kind of national database:
“How many more copycats are waiting in the wings for their moment of fame from a national media machine that rewards them with wall-to-wall attention and a sense of identity that they crave, while provoking others to try to make their mark? A dozen more killers, a hundred more? How can we possibly even guess how many, given our nation’s refusal to create an active national database of the mentally ill?”
Found in this article HERE

So what would the criteria be for your database, asshole? Who would determine what constitutes mental illness? Are you willing to leave that decision up to the government? Are you advocating that Doctor/Patient confidentiality be thrown out the window? Would my stance against the government be considered paranoia? Lots of questions here, bud.

Would I be on that list? I take a low dose of a mood elevator and I take a half dose of a prescription sleep aid to help me stay asleep at night. Would that make me mentally ill?
I don't take the mood elevator because I'm prone to rage - I started taking it when I was going through a divorce several years ago and I found that I like my personality better when I'm taking it so I continued to take it by my own choice. My doctor wanted to take me off of it when my ex was finally out of my life but I have a Type A personality and with the Lexapro, I find I don't sweat the small shit. It makes life easier on me, not everybody else so I chose to continue to take it.
I've never been committed to a behavioral health center, I've never seen a psychologist or psychiatrist yet I can guarantee you that there are more than a few lawmakers that would say that I shouldn't be allowed to own firearms because of mental illness due to the medications I take.

I'm a happy man

Bacon, four scrambled eggs with fried onion and cactus spiced up with jalapeno sauce, and tortillas.

Fun at the Walmart

Lisa had a couple things to pick up at the Walmart and it was jam packed so I dropped her at the door and was going to find a parking spot. When I found one and went in I spotted her, walked up and hollered "Lisa! Is that you? I haven't seen you in months, Girl. C'mere and give me a kiss!"
"I know" she says, giving me a hug and a big ol' sloppy kiss in the lips "How's the wife?"
"Good, good, gimme another kiss" I said while groping her ass.
The looks we got were absolutely fucking priceless.

Fuck the NRA (again)

My reply (which will not be read because it's not accompanied by a pledge for cash):

I am not a member of your money-grabbing pussy organization any longer and haven't been since I realized that you're in this for your own jobs and not my 2A Rights.
I do not pay any motherfucker to fight my battles for me.
Go kiss your buddy Harry Reid's ass.
Remove me from your snail mail and email list.

Actually they can keep my name on their beggin' list - I just blocked their address. I've got other things to worry about.

Mission impossible? Damn near anymore.

Buying an AR15 12-22-12

(Obama now has sold more weapons than any one man on earth)

I went on a mission yesterday to see if I could score a AR-15 (The media often mistakenly refers to these semi-automatics as Assault Weapons). Because there is a media frenzy to ban AR-15's and the politicians jumping on the gun control bang wagon, there is a near panic buying of ar-15's, AK-47's, Glock pistols and high capacity magazines. (The difference between a magazine and a clip is that a magazine has a spring.)

Friday 8:00 am: I stop at Cabelas in Hamburg, Pa. It opened at 8:00am and I arrive at 8:02 and there are already 30 customers at the gun counter.I pull a number and start to wait my turn. I have number 88 and they are waiting on number 47. Being impatient, I side up to a customer being waited on to see if any AR-15's were available. I find out that they have no .223 cal AR-15's and that they have only one AK-47 for sale and the customer that I was standing next to bought that one. I also find out that they are unable to receive anymore in the near future. I find a old gent (older than me) and I give him my number which moves him up in line about 25 people. He is very appreciative and wishes me a very Merry Christmas and I head out the door.

10:00 am: I stop at my local gun shop in Bowmansville. It is empty of customers and the shelves and racks were also a bit empty. I ask if they had any AR's and the owner just laughed. The salesman standing there explained to me that they are sold out of AR's, Ak's, ammo and magazines. The only thing he had left is a used Glock and a sling for a AR. They told me that people came in and didn't what to know price, just availability. Most of them bought a package of an AR, a Glock and ammo. They also said that the manufacturers aren't even answering their phones and you can't place a order for more. They have told their suppliers to just send what ever they have. I leave empty handed.

2:00 pm: My buddy Mark calls me and he said he found a gun shop in the backwoods of Lenhartsville and that they have a Glock 19 and do I want to ride along? I said sure. Well, this little gun shop was way out in the boonies and off the beaten track. When I walk in I spot a AR. The shop owner says that it is there on consignment and that the owner has about 8 of them and decided to sell one to profit from this current frenzy, This has to be the last one in Berks county. Mark buys the Glock and I buy the AR, but they are out of AR ammo. Ammo is now my next quest.

6:30 pm: I am now home and trying to figure out a way to inform my wife that I bought a AR. I better get her a sweet Christmas gift.

Eric's coyote

This is proof enough for me that those coyotes on the east coast (Eric's from Georgia) have been breeding with wolves - I've never seen a coyote with that variation of colors in it's coat.

Have fun motherfucker, at my expense. Hopefully you'll get eaten by a shark - a Great White Shark so we can hear how Asshole Sharpton will spin that.

President Barack Obama and his family left Washington D.C. this evening for their annual Christmas vacation trip to Hawaii.
The president and the first family do not have any public scheduled events while they are in the islands, but Oahu motorists should expect unannounced delays as the presidential motorcade travels around the island. The first family is expected to stay at their usual vacation compound in Kailua.
Obama stay here may be cut shorter than usual since he leaves Washington without having a deal to avert the so-called fiscal cliff on Jan. 1.
Speaking to the press before he left, Obama encouraged Congress to "to work towards a package that prevents a tax hike on middle-class Americans."
"Once this legislation is agreed to, I expect Democrats and Republicans to get back to Washington and have it pass both chambers. And I will immediately sign that legislation into law, before Jan. 1st of next year. It's that simple," he said.
He ended his remarks by saying, "I want to wish every American a merry Christmas. And because we didn't get this done, I will see you next week."

Duress codes

How many of you call home every time just before arriving there? And why not?
I can give you a damned good reason why you should without fail - safety, yours and your loved ones.

Duress codes are something that every family should have and use. Here's just one example of why: You own firearms and somebody spots you leaving your house with one on the way to the range, militia gathering, hunting, whatever and marks your house. They come back and break in only to find that your guns are locked in a safe. Meanwhile, your wife comes home and becomes an instant bargaining chip - they'll hold her waiting for you to come home and say they will kill her if you don't give up the combination to your safe when you come home.
But wait! You call and the thieves let her answer the phone (she insists she has to answer it or you'll suspect something's wrong) and you ask a simple, common prearranged question. She gives the prearranged answer in a normal conversational tone and you instantly know all is not well on the homefront allowing you to either call 911 or take care of business yourself.
For the Patriot, it works both ways as well - the house has been raided, the cops are waiting for you and now you've been alerted and can move out smartly to a location known only by you and her. This protects her as well - she can't be prosecuted for warning you.
Think about it - yeah, it's a pain in the ass sometimes but it only takes one time for it to pay off.

I have done my job well

When I met Lisa, she wasn't a liberal by any means but wasn't very Right Wing either - she just didn't pay a whole hell of a lot of attention to politics but that's evidently changed. We have our nightly discussions about the Constitution and our Founding Fathers (as all newly married couples do, right?) and I've noticed that she's been asking less questions and providing her opinions more and more. Then last night I looked over at her at her computer and she was reading my blog, but then she started making remarks to me about things I didn't remember posting and then it hit me - she was reading Kerodin's blog, not mine!
Yeah, Baby!!!!!

Oh, I'm gonna hear about this from Lisa.....

Combat gauze

A little gory but informative.

Jew Without a Gun

I am republishing my three-part series about the LA Riots of 1992 in which Karen and I and the children were trapped for several frightening hours. We were unarmed, helpless save for our wits. The police were conspicuously absent and the bad guys, frequently armed with heavy weapons, owned the streets. It was a defining moment in my life.
I’m reposting this series as a cautionary tale because the Sandy Hook Elementary School Massacre has sharpened the claws of the statist utopians, whose ultimate aim is to disarm law-abiding American citizens.
Just as Obamacare has nothing to do with health, and cap and trade has nothing to do with so-called global warming, anti-gun laws have nothing to do with saving children’s lives.
It’s just another opportunity for the left to centralize power.

Thanks to Sammy for the tip

I don't want to hear it

Sorry about the lack of posting but I work in a grocery warehouse and this is our busy season. Yeah, you can imagine what it's like when you go to the grocery store and see how packed they are. Now remember, all that shit that's being bought is coming from a single warehouse, with the exception of some specialty items such as brand name sodas and beer. So you can see how busy we are too.
So enjoy your food and pardon the sweat stains all over it.

Oathkeepers, my ass.

Hey, as long as I'm capping on the NRA, I might as well tell you what I think about another bullshit organization: Oathkeepers.
Oathkeepers is nothing but an organization that allows the cops to feel good about themselves while they continue to violate your Civil Rights by detaining you (DUI traffic stops), taking guns off the streets (disarming citizens that carry weapons to protect themselves), warrantless searches (Do you mind if I search your vehicle as long as you have nothing to hide?) and other gestapo tactics.
If you want to keep your oath to protect and uphold the Constitution, quit your fucking job. A street cop cannot do his job without violating the Constitution. Period. If you have ever arrested somebody for CCW, detained anybody at a DUI checkpoint or insisted on searching a vehicle without a warrant, you've broken that oath. If you've ever known another cop that did those things and not done anything about it, you've broken that oath.
Damn, who else can I piss off this week?

The 11 most important guns in history

Lisa sent me a link today concerning the 11 most important guns in history.
I agree with most of it except for the new grenade launcher (too new to make that judgement) and the fact they left out the Kentucky Rifle.
Other than that, it's pretty much spot on.
You can find the list HERE

Fuck the NRA again

This comment came to me this morning in response to this post HERE about the NRA.

you believe an article written by the AP? what kool-aid you been drinking? so let me see support the NRA with 4 million members and growing or the what... 8 members of the III. not your best marketing ploy.
December 18, 2012 9:09 PM
I made some snappy-ass reply but it was something like 4:30 AM and I usually don't wake up until after my third cup of coffee (about 7:30) and well into my second truck.
Now that I've had time to think about it, here goes:
I would rather fight and die with 8 other Patriots than stand with 4 million fucking cowards that pay somebody else to do their fighting for them.
I was a III Percent Patriot decades before I even heard the term, but with them I know my ass is covered no matter what.
I did notice that EVERY FUCKING ONE that came down on me about my stance on the NRA was an anonymous commenter whereas everybody that supported my opinion signed their name or handle.

Fuck the National Rifle Association

Meanwhile, the National Rifle Association, silent since the shootings, said in a statement that it "is prepared to offer meaningful contributions to help make sure this never happens again." There was no indication what that might entail. The group, the best-known defender of gun rights in America, scheduled a news conference for Friday.
Found in this article RIGHT FUCKING HERE

There it is in black and white for all you NRA motherfuckers. You dumbasses just got sold down the river and got your faces rubbed in it to boot.
Yeah, keep paying your dues to have your Rights taken away. I have a better idea of what to do with your money - click on the III Congress picture in my sidebar and pledge 10 bucks a month to where it'll do some fucking good.

Wolf and deer photos

These photos were posted at Hiawatha Bar in Junction City . The hunter is 6’1”. The wolf is 165lbs. The buck was shot as he was climbing down his stand to admire the wolf. Both harvested somewhere between Marathon City & Merrill. The hunter believes this to be the alpha male as it dwarfed in size the 5 others in the pack that gave him shot opportunities.

If nothing else, take a look at the second photo and compare the size of the wolf to that nice sized deer. That's a BIG motherfucker, ain't it?

The Psy-Ops War on Preppers

First of all, where is the headquarters of this “Doomsday Preppers Movement” I’ve been reading about? And where can I sign up? I didn’t realize there was an organized movement, one deserving of capital letters. Who is the leader of this “movement”? I’d like to meet him (or her) immediately!
The propaganda machine is not only going after guns in the wake of the terrible tragedy at Sandy Hook Elementary School – this has become a two-for-the-price-of-one crisis, allowing the government and media to yet again, demonize preppers.

Psychological Warfare:

Various techniques are used, by any set of groups, and aimed to influence a target audience’s value systems, belief systems, emotions, motives, reasoning, or behavior. It is used to induce confessions or reinforce attitudes and behaviors favorable to the originator’s objectives, and are sometimes combined with black operations or false flag tactics. Target audiences can be governments, organizations, groups, and individuals.

Yesterday the mainstream media began churning out articles about Nancy Lanza, the mother of the shooter, Adam Lanza. When you read the following quotes, ask yourself: “How many of these comments could describe ME?”
A few descriptive quotes:

  • Nancy was a member of the Doomsday Preppers movement, which believes people should prepare for end of the world. (Riehl World View)
  • According to reports, Nancy Lanza was a so-called ‘prepper’, a part of the survivalist movement which urges individuals to prepare for the breakdown of society by training with weapons and hoarding food and other supplies. ( The UK Independent)
  • Reports are starting to emerge of the troubled young man and his unusual upbringing. (Yahoo)
  • Dan Holmes, owner of a landscaping firm who worked on the family’s home, said she was an avid gun collector: ‘She told me she would go target shooting with her kids.’ (UK Daily Mail)
  • Marsha Lanza described Nancy as ‘self-reliant’.( The UK Independent)
  • He was reportedly homeschooled by his mother, a school principal and gun enthusiast, who wasn’t satisfied with the education her son was receiving.. (Yahoo)
  • As America searches for answers, investigators are turning towards Nancy Lanza’s supposed identification as a survivalist. (Yahoo)
  • Her former sister-in-law Marsha said she had turned her home ‘into a fortress’. (UK Daily Mail)
  • Mother of Sandy Hook school gunman Adam Lanza was a ‘prepper’ survivalist preparing for economic and social collapse, say reports. ( The UK Independent)
  • Mrs Lanza is thought to have trained her sons, Adam and Ryan to shoot, even taking them to local ranges. ( The UK Independent)
  • ‘Nancy had a survivalist philosophy which is why she was stockpiling guns. She had them for defense. She was stockpiling food. She grew up on a farm in New Hampshire. She was skilled with guns. We talked about preppers and preparing for the economy collapsing.’ (UK Daily Mail)

  • Gee…they say this stuff like it’s a BAD thing.
    Let’s see.

    • Stockpiles (or hoards) food….check.
    • Takes children target shooting….check.
    • Preparing for economic and/or social collapse….check.
    • Serious about home defense….check.
    • Home is well-fortified against criminals….check.
    • Skilled with weapons….check.
    • Survivalist philosophy….check.
    • Self-reliant….check.
    • Believes that we are capable of educating our children at home….check.

Thanks to Murray for passing this on.

    Camo for the resistance fighter

Had a reader send me a picture of him decked out in his new black fighting gear and asked me what I thought about it. I told him to start over. It looked great the way he had it set up but the color was a mistake.
Think about it: Who wears black gear? Cops. If somebody is coming at me in a hostile situation wearing black fighting gear, I'm dropping his ass, no questions asked.
Matter of fact, that goes for military style woodland or desert camo if it all matches. The rage nowadays for wanna-be elite cops is to be all decked out in camo. Hey, I've got nothing against camo - I wear it myself daily - but around here we're all a bunch of poor country boy hunters. We mix and match our shit up depending on what's laundered or not. It's not unusual to see any of my buddies wearing three different camo patterns at the same time - similar but not matched. Matter of fact, today I was wearing a Realtree fall pattern shirt, winter pattern gloves and a MilSpec desert camo hat and they'd all been worn and washed so much you really couldn't tell which was which.
I bet that if you got 5 of my partners together and posed for a group picture you'd see at least 10 or 12 different camo patterns.
Let me put it this way - if it looks issued, shoot it.

    Trying to counteract TSA?

    Bacon. Mmmmm, bacon......

    Another sign of Patriotism

I live in a town of about 45,000 and is 56% hispanic. Normally when I'm driving around town I may see one American Flag flying in front of a house every couple blocks. Today when I was out and about I ended up on a side street in a lower class neighborhood and counted seven on one street that was two blocks long. They weren't there before the school shooting but they're damned sure flying proudly now.
They gotta be Patriot houses as we all now democrats refuse to own an American Flag or put a flag sticker on their vehicles.
Think I'm bullshitting about the flag stickers? I issued a challenge a while ago for somebody to send me in a photo of a car with an Obama and an American Flag sticker on it. I've yet to recieve a single ine.

No, but I bet I can hit you with a rock.

Headed to the White House Holiday party?

White guys would miss every time

Yup, just clearing out the Justice Shed.....

    Take a hint, dumbass.

DENVER (CBS4) – The day after the shooting in Connecticut a lot of people in Colorado tried to buy a gun.
The Colorado Bureau of Investigation says it received 4,154 requests for background checks from potential buyers on Saturday. That was so many the CBI couldn’t process them all and the backlog grew to nearly 18 hours. The Unit could only process 3,001 checks on Saturday.
Extra staff was brought in over the weekend and workers are still trying to clear the backlog.

It just ain't Colorado either, assholes. It's all over the United States and they ain't buying all these guns to turn them in later. Nor are they buying hunting rifles.
You motherfuckers sure you want this war?

Why I go to that doctor

I dumped some ammo in my lap to load into strippers and bandoleers last night and somehow came up short one round. I did a quick recount - 50 rounds, 9 rounds per stripper, 5 clips, should be 5 left over, not 4. No biggie, I thought, it'll turn up.
Well, turn up it did - right in my doctor's office as I was pulling down my pants for my *ahem* checkup this morning. That sucker bounced across his floor and came to a rest against his feet.
I shrugged, he grinned and handed it back to me.

    Lyme Disease/Coyote connections

Mare sent this in a few days ago, but events have kept me from posting it:

    Hi Kenny,
As you know, I have been horribly ill thanks to late stage Lyme & other tick diseases. I live in the tick disease capital of the world, Dutchess County, NY. We used to have lots of foxes & bobcats and now we don't, we didn't used to have a lot of coyotes and now we do (actually we have coywolves). Places that have lots of bobcats & foxes but not a lot of coyotes don't have a lot of people getting their lives ruined by tick diseases. The tick diseases weren't bad a few decades ago when there were bobcats & foxes everywhere, but now we are the world leaders in people who've been sickened and crippled by this shit. So I guess what we need in Dutchess County is a bunch of Wirecutters to do something about the coywolve infestation. Maybe you & Charliegoddammit can come to NY some time and kill stuff. ;)
I know you sometimes write about nature and coyote killin', so here's a link to an article about why we need more foxes, bobcats, and Wirecutters, and less damned coyote-wolves so people like me can stop being maimed by these damned money-pit diseases:
Every time I read about coyotes being a problem somewhere, I always think of you killing them. LOL
I hope you are doing OK. Best wishes to you, Miss Lisa, and Charlie, and a Merry Christmas too.
    - Mare (Zilla)

Taal Levi has studied environments from Brazil to Alaska. But nothing scares him so much as Dutchess County for its abundance of disease-carrying ticks.
“The nature here is terrifying,” said the wildlife researcher who studied local woodlands for several weeks this summer. “It’s more dangerous to walk around the forest here than it is to walk around the forest in Brazil.”
Dutchess County has consistently ranked among the top counties in the nation for per-capita rates of Lyme disease, caused by the bite of the black-legged tick. Levi, a National Science Foundation postdoctoral fellow from the University of California at Santa Cruz, believes that where the population of foxes declines, Lyme disease increases. And contrary to popular wisdom, he thinks deer have little to do with the growing menace of what are also — perhaps unfortunately — called deer ticks.
Levi’s work is adding to the deepening understanding of how ecology — and specifically, the interplay between wildlife species — accelerate the spread of infectious disease. Scientists and advocates say that studies like Levi’s that seek to stop the spread of Lyme are underfunded and overshadowed by the debate over how to treat chronic Lyme disease, as reported in Sunday’s Poughkeepsie Journal.

According to Levi’s theory, foxes are indiscriminate and voracious killers of mice and small rodents. Mice are especially good carriers of Lyme disease because their immune systems don’t seem to fight off the pathogen and they don’t remove ticks from their bodies well. By comparison, opossums can remove as much as 96 percent of the ticks on their bodies, Levi said.
Levi used statistical data to show that as fox populations went down, Lyme went up. The statistical connection between Lyme and other species wasn’t as consistent. The study was published in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences in June.
This summer, he tested his theory at the Cary Institute of Ecosystem Studies in Millbrook. Results are pending
Levi believes that the return in the Northeast of coyotes in the last half-century, which prey on foxes, is leading to fewer foxes in some areas, and a resulting increase in Lyme.

This just goes to show the difference between eastern coyotes (coywolves) and western songdogs. Out here, their main diet is rodents and because of that Lyme disease is pretty much non-existant - I don't know of a single individual that has it or knows somebody that has it, yet on the east coast it's fairly common.
East Coast hunters, it's time to step up and whack some coyotes.

    News reporting at it's finest

DON LEMON: Listen. For the past three days, I have been on the verge of tears every second and most of the people here have been crying 24 hours straight. Yeah – yes, we need to address mental health, but mental health in this particular issue, let's not get it twisted, is a secondary issue. If someone who has a mental issue did not have access to guns that should only be available in war zones, we would not be dealing with this.
Who needs an armor-piercing bullet to go hunting? Who needs an assault rifle to go hunting? You can't even use the prey that you kill with an assault rifle if you indeed do it. No one needs an assault rifle to go out and shoot a deer. No one needs an assault rifle that's capable of shooting 10, 20, 30 rounds off at the same time to shoot a duck, or to shoot quail. It does not make sense. Our first – the first thing that we need to do – and according to everyone that is here, even gun enthusiasts, is talk about what we're doing with assault rifles, why should guns that should only be available in war zones, why are they available to people who are mentally healthy and people who are not mentally healthy. That's the issue that we need to deal with.
So to say that gun violence is down does not make sense, and to me is insulting to everyone who lost a loved one here and is dealing with that. It doesn't matter if gun violence is down, 26 children – 20 children are dead here, and six adults are dead, and the mother of a person who's not mentally up – who's mentally challenged in some way is – she's dead. So to say that gun violence is down and we need to talk about mental health – yes, mental health is a secondary issue. We need to get guns and bullets and automatic weapons off the streets. They should only be available to police officers and to hunt al Qaeda and the Taliban and not hunt elementary school children.

Strange, but I haven't heard anything about Lanza using armor piercing bullets. Also, I pretty sure that firearms used against Al Quaeda are fully automatic, not semi automatic and even those are not cabaple of 'capable of shooting 10, 20, 30 rounds off at the same time'.

Partial transcript of the Traitor's speech tonight

President Barack Obama assured the grieving, shell-shocked Newtown community on Sunday that "you are not alone" and vowed sternly to wield "whatever power this office holds" in a quest to prevent future mass shootings.
"We can't tolerate this anymore," Obama said from behind a podium on the stage of a Newton High School auditorium, as adults wept, or hugged, or sat quietly, many hugging small children. "These tragedies must end. And to end them, we must change."
"In the coming weeks, I'll use whatever power this office holds to engage my fellow citizens -- from law enforcement, to mental health professionals, to parents, and educators -- in an effort aimed at preventing more tragedies like this, because what choice do we have?"he said.
The speech, broadcast nationwide, offered the bold suggestion that Obama might engage lawmakers on the subject of gun control -- a topic that has not been among his top priorities during his presidency.
"We can't accept events like this as routine. Are we really prepared to say that we're powerless in the face of such carnage?" Obama said. That the politics are too hard? Are we prepared to say that such violence visited on our children year, after year, after year is somehow the price of our freedom?"

And there it is out of his own mouth.
    Time to stack magazines, boys.

And y'all thought I was just being paranoid.....

Viewers, beware: while you’re watching TV, your TV might be watching you back. A security firm discovered that Samsung’s Smart TV can give hackers access to the device’s built-in camera and microphones, allowing them to watch everything you do.

The Malta-based firm ReVuln posted a video showing its team of researchers hacking into one of the Samsung TVs and accessing its settings, channel lists, widgets, USB drives, and remote control configurations. The security flaw allows hackers to access any and all personal data stored on the TV.
“We can install malicious software to gain complete root access to the TV,” the video writes.
With this access, hackers can use the Smart TVs built-in camera and microphones to see and hear everything in front of it. Instead of just watching TV, viewers could themselves be watched without knowing it.
But this flaw isn’t present in just one specific model. The vulnerability affects all 11 Samsung televisions of the latest generation. The Smart TVs have many of the same features as a computer, but lack the same kind of protection. The devices do not have security features such as firewalls and antivirus software.

    Lead by example, yeah?

    - Bearded Youth

    Oh yes she did!!!

It's been Piggy Sunday here at the Wirecutter Household.
For breakfast I had biscuits and sausage gravy and tonight it was pork ribs and bacon wrapped asparagus.

I took one bite of the asparagus and told Lisa I had to go change my pants real quick.
    "Why?" she asked.
"Because I just jizzed all down my leg."
    It was that good.

Sorry about the blurry pictures but my hands were shaking with anticipation.

    And it starts.....

The Obamessiah just said that he will use the powers of his office to prevent this type of tragedy from happening again.
Will somebody remind that stupid motherfucker that he doesn't have any powers to intrude on our Rights? None at all......

I am disappointed with the MSM

Holy shit, did you know you can buy 30 round "clips" for 20 bucks apiece on
It must be true, I just now heard it on the MSM news.
Then the  wide-eyed newsbabe says that the high powered rifle used in the shooting Friday can disperse those rounds in a matter of a couple seconds. I think she must be confused on that part though because the accompanying news clip showed a guy using a fully automatic M-16A1 instead of a Bushmaster semi-auto. Not only that but he was showing poor trigger control by burning off an entire magazine at once instead of using 3-5 round bursts.
I should probably write and point out their honest mistakes, don't you think? I'm sure they'll retract their statements and issue an apology.
    Won't they?

    The Big Bull

    Keith writes in with this:
Hi Kenny – I’ve been enjoying your blog for a while now. Going along with what you have been saying about not placing your trust in the police, here’s an article about a local family’s fight with the local authorities here. It’s a long read, but you might find it interesting.
Here's the first paragraph - click on the link in Keith's email for the entire story. It's a long read, but it's a well documented complaint.
I hope you will take the time to read our entire story. Our lives in Chatsworth, Georgia were forever changed, when Nathaniel “Casey” Jones (the big bull), came into our lives, my husband will never be the same man he once was. It destroyed him. He just can’t seem to get past what they did to him and no way of getting away from it. We spent all our life savings (thousands) plus sold many possessions to fight this bully. We even had to sell our wedding rings to help pay for our legal battle. I think it hurt our children most of all, they lost the father they loved. Our daughter gets angry at her dad because she can’t understand the impact it had on him. Sure he’s still here but all he talks about is what they did to him and what happened to him.

And an anonymous commenter just provided me with this gem if you'd like to write the piece of shit and let him know that the world knows about him:

And I thought I could hold a grudge......

    Your papers, y'all.

In response to a recent increase in crime, Paragould Mayor Mike Gaskill and Police Chief Todd Stovall offered residents at a town hall meeting Thursday night at West View Baptist Church what could be considered an extreme solution — armed officers patrolling the streets on foot.
Stovall told the group of almost 40 residents that beginning in 2013, the department would deploy a new street crimes unit to high crime areas on foot to take back the streets.
"[Police are] going to be in SWAT gear and have AR-15s around their neck," Stovall said. "If you're out walking, we're going to stop you, ask why you're out walking, check for your ID."
Stovall said while some people may be offended by the actions of his department, they should not be.
"We're going to do it to everybody," he said. "Criminals don't like being talked to."
Gaskill backed Stovall's proposed actions during Thursday's town hall.
"They may not be doing anything but walking their dog," he said. "But they're going to have to prove it."

They're going to have to prove it? In Paragould, Arkansas? In the United States?

I did a little checking: In 2010, Paragould's population was 26,113, is 94.4% white, the nearest big city with a population of more than 200,000 is Memphis TN which is 71 miles away.
From 1999 to 2010, there was ONE murder and in 2010 (the highest year) there were 59.2 rapes per 100,000 residents, there were 31.6 robberies per 100,000 residents and 248.5 assaults per 100,000 residents.
That covers violent crime in Paragould.

Their biggest problem appears to be theft which covers everything down to shoplifting, excluding car thefts and burglaries which have their own categories.
In 2009 the crime index was 506.3 and in 2010 it dropped to 465.4 with the national index being 319.1.
It does show that in 2003 the crime index was 106.6 and in 2005 it jumped to 525.5 with statistics from 2004 not available.
In 2010, there were 1.62 police officers per 1000 residents.
    My source is

Why the big spike in non-violent crimes from 2003 to 2005? I would imagine for the same reason it jumped everywhere else in that time frame - methamphetamine use. Fucking tweekers stealing to support their habits.
That does not justify having to explain to a cop in SWAT gear why you're out on the streets.

    Stupid dog

Does anybody know how to teach a dog to shake on command?
I keep throwing a bucket of water on CharlieGodammit and hollering "SHAKE" but the dumb motherfucker ain't picking it up for some reason. There's gotta be another way.

    Getting back to the basics

Everybody talks about prepping and invariably the subject is food, guns and ammo but how many of you own the basic hand tools?
In a worse case scenario there's not going to electricity or at best it'll be intermittent, yet we're going to have to rebuild and/or repair at some point. Kind of hard to run a Skil Saw or electric drill without power, ain't it? Think about it.
Hey, I'm just as guilty as most over this. Most of my tools are either electric or air powered - I think I own one hand saw (a crosscut), one axe, one ancient bow saw and a handful of files. This is not good.
Even those that own a drill brace, adze, and planers are rusty in their uses - shit, I don't think I've used a drill brace since 7th grade shop class.
As far as metal working goes, yesterday I told you how to use thermite to cut metal but I'll be damned if I know how to weld with it and unfortunately I don't have a safe area now to experiment with it. Nor do I know a single person with a forge to make metal tools and goods.
Just something to think about, guys.

I forgot where I was going with this

People addicted to watching pornography on the internet are in danger of suffering short-term memory loss which can have a major impact on their lives, according to new research.
German scientists studied the part of the brain responsible for keeping information in the mind while using it to complete a task, critical for understanding, reasoning, problem solving and decision making.
In the first research of its kind, they asked asked 28 men — all heterosexual with an average age of 26 — to look at a number of computer images, some pornographic and some nonsexual.
The clean images included pictures of people doing a number of activities, such as laughing, playing sports or carrying a weapon.
As the volunteers viewed the pictures, they touched a 'yes' or 'no' key to indicate whether the picture was the same as one they had seen four slides previously.
The men logged a significantly greater number of incorrect answers when they viewed the porn than when they saw the nonsexual images.
On average, they answered correctly 67 per cent of the time when they viewed pornographic pictures, rising to 80 per cent when they saw the clean pictures.

    If I were a skywriter......

I was going to offer to help......

.....but I think I'd rather watch instead.

And we share the road with this dumbass?

    Gotta be California (again)
