Violent Protest Is a Death Knell to Freedom

There are different types of protest, few of value, but in reality, when protesting authoritarian rule or government, the best and most legitimate response is one of negation of the State, negation of compliance; in other words, complete disobedience and ignoring all aspects of State rule and mandates at every opportunity possible. This approach in fact, is the only justifiable way to stop oppression and tyranny without becoming the same evil that is the enemy oppressor. Self-defense is another matter, as when confronted physically, or when great harm to self, family, or other innocents is active and present, equal or greater force may be required to stop the threat.

Georgia legislature bans child sex changes

Georgia has become the latest state to pass a bill banning doctors from prescribing cross-sex hormones or conducting surgeries related to a gender dysphoria diagnosis on minors.

The post-urban future of cities

All cities must evolve over time. Those that fail to do so end up, at best, like Venice, Vienna, or Florence: lifestyle and tourist hubs. This fate now awaits our greatest urban cores if they cannot address the demographic, social, and economic forces transforming the metropolitan landscape.

Best Chicken Coop Kits: Our 3 Choices and First Time Buyers Guide

There are many chicken coop kits out there for the chicken enthusiast to choose from, but how do you know where to start, especially if you are also new to chickens?

We have set out a buying guide here for you – things to look for, consider and avoid.

While circumstances and needs vary from coop to coop, and person to person, there are some basic things you need to look for.

Not all coops will have everything you want but remember, chickens are fairly simple creatures.

What a piece of shit. It's made out of soft wood and started coming apart after the second year.

When I got my second batch of birds, I took that asshole dog Jack's kennel (HERE) and moved it downwind from the house out by the shed.
I bought two pieces of trash plywood to line the walls halfway from one end to the other, as well as the far end. That way they've got part of the run to keep them out of the weather, but it still allows circulation and a place for them to get some sun. I used the plywood that was left to build a long nesting box at the enclosed end. Then I wrapped the roof in chicken wire to keep the RACcoons and possums out.
In the long run, it cost me close to what I paid for the first one, but it's been 4 years and is still going strong. I know I'll eventually have to buy another cover or build a roof for it, but that ain't no big deal.

Commentary: Donald Trump, American Dissident

Donald Trump has had an unusually long and dramatic tenure at the center of American politics. The reason is simple: Trump has an indomitable personality and an abiding refusal to kowtow to the establishment’s sacred cows. From the moment he entered the arena, he continuously provoked the ruling powers into a hysterical frenzy of breathless rage. Indeed, it’s hard to think of another American political figure who has caused more chaos, or faced more concerted and unscrupulous opposition.

All About Dat Beard

A simple conversation today about beards, growing them, caring for them, and why, as a man, you should have one.
VIDEO HERE  (26:50 minutes)

*****

I've worn a beard most of my adult life and for sure the past 15 years with just a couple exceptions.
My reasons weren't for style, it's just that I absolutely hate to shave. Even when I'm without a beard, I've always got a few days worth of stubble on my face.

My beard lengths vary from under an inch to 'damn, lookit that hillbilly' long, mostly leaning to the long extreme. It's usually long enough to where I can grab it with both fists with an inch or two protruding past my bottom fist.
Back when I was in my 20s, my beard and hair were the same length, down to the bottom of my ribcage, which made trimming both real easy. I'd just turn in a circle while my girlfriend stood in one spot and snipped away.
When I worked out at the ammo plant I kept it long for the same reason the other guys sporting one did. It's much easier to braid it or put in hair ties every 3-4 inches and tuck it into your T shirt to keep it from getting hung up when working around moving machinery.

Right now it's running at about an inch and a half long. I fucked it up a month or so ago when trimming it and I needed a haircut anyway so I just went to the barber who cut it a lot shorter than I wanted, but not really that big a deal - shit grows back.

.When I got laid off at the ammo plant and had an interview with Safeway I cut my hair and shaved my beard. My then-wife took one look and said "You lied to me. You don't have a swastika tattooed on your chin."

I use Ivory soap on it when it's short, then switch over to shampoo and conditioner when it gets long enough to start tangling after I towel off. I've never used any oil or balm on my beard. Even though my hair is baby fine, my beard is fairly coarse so it stays the way I comb it without all that hipster shit in it.

*

Way back in the '80s me and my buddy David were headed to San Francisco to see the Jerry Garcia Band at the Warfield.
As I pulled up to pay my toll to cross the Bay Bridge, the heavily tattooed Mexican dude in the toll booth looked up and startled, then crossed himself before grinning and asking my blessing.
"Right on, don't sin no more, homie" I said as I waved my hand vaguely in the shape of a cross towards him.
Primo still made me pay the damned toll though.

Commentary: Legacy Media Ignored Voting Irregularities in 2020 Election

The lawsuit filed against Fox News by Dominion Voting Services, set to go to trial on April 17, may turn out to be a seminal case in First Amendment jurisprudence, with effects that reach well beyond Fox. In a nutshell, Dominion charges that Fox defamed them by putting on air people who claimed that Dominion’s voting machines yielded incorrect results, to the benefit of Joe Biden. More than this, the plaintiffs have secured, through depositions, evidence that Fox News hosts and news executives themselves disbelieved the claims their on-air guests were making.

A driver was jailed after allegedly ramming the vehicle of a woman who flipped him off in a road rage incident.

The woman said that at about 6:30 p.m. Thursday she had been northbound on U.S. 301 at County Road 462 and traveling behind a black Jeep Wrangler, when the driver of that vehicle “hit his brakes hard,” according to an arrest report from the Sumter County Sheriff’s Office. She proceeded to pass him while giving him the middle finger.
